Company History

Business owners have a lot on their plate. Imagine trying to meet with clients, facilitate an employee review, recruit a new secretary, complete a big project on time, coordinate a staff meeting, and figure out how to more effectively achieve your business goals while at the same time juggling family and personal responsibilities - and that's all before lunch. These are just a few of the obstacles that TripleTrack aims to help entrepreneurs as well as their employees successfully overcome.

TripleTrack was founded in 2005 and is the brainchild of Angie Kleeh, who also founded and operates The Synergy Group, a 15-year-old work-life management and consulting firm.

Through participating in the University at Buffalo's 2004 Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) program, Angie recognized the need to diversify and expand her company, which designs and manages innovative solutions for issues related to work-life balance. She realized that many of her CEL classmates were struggling with the same kinds of challenges that come with running a business - issues like solving human resource problems without a Human Resource department; incorporating an employee recognition program; and helping employees manage personal issues, such childcare and eldercare, so that they could be more efficient and effective at work. In creating TripleTrack, she was able to diversify and expand the business by pulling together services The Synergy Group already offered, but in a different way.

Through a variety of resources, information, and referrals to services, TripleTrack is able to help entrepreneurs and employees alike maintain a balance at work, at home and in their personal lives.
